Lonely Days

Well, just wanted to update my blog for this week, and it's been an ever so lonely week, as nobody is posting!

Where is everyone?

Here things are going okay.

Dear Hubby is still waiting to hear back after going back for a second interview. Should hopefully hear back by Wednesday.

We have had a lazy Saturday, just hanging around the house and playing with Doodles.

Office Romances

Well, following the Dear Hubby's lead, and wondering what I could achieve, I also took the 'Are you Naughty or Nice' quiz.

Ha!

I got to question 9 and boy, was I stumped!

Question 9 reads thus:

9. Had an office romance?
   • Yes and it was worth it
   • Yes, and what a mistake
   • No, but I tried
   • No, I would never do that

So, since I was stumped, I yahoo'd the expert.

tooshy: Have we had a office romance?

Dear Hubby: huh?

tooshy: Question 9. How do I answer it? Have I had a office romance?

Dear Hubby: I answered no. Ours isn't a office romance.

tooshy: Why not? We work in the office together, we have romance, and we steal smooches in the broom closet.

Dear Hubby: it's not a office romance.

So, my question is:

Why can't we have an office romance? Sure, our romance started years ago, 9 years ago to be exact, BUT.........

We have romance, we have romance in lots of places.

Okay, ya'll, get your minds outta the gutter, I said ROMANCE, not s*x, in lots of places!

We are both in the same office, we flirt (gotta love yahoo in the office!!), we tell each other we love each other (yeah! yahooo!!!), and we have been known to sneak to the back room and have a cuddle.

So, it's an office romance, right? and a grocery store romance, and a car romance, and a home romance and a.............. well, I guess ya'll get the idea, right?

So, Dear Hubby, we have a Romance, that is very versatile and fits into every little nook and cranny of our lives and world. cool, huh?


By the way, on my test, I also got "Your all sugar and no spice", same as Dear Hubby, so if you've read Dear Hubby's blog, you know what my results say!

Twelfth Night

Well, it's finally here!

Twelfth Night has arrived and we can take down the Christmas ornaments!

Can we all say "Yeah!!!"

Every year, I know we don't take the decorations and tree down till Twelfth Night, but never really knew why, except the bad luck tradition, so I wiki'd it, just so I'd now know why my living room can't get back to normal right after Christmas.

Do I feel better?

HA!

But at least I'm smarter in knowing what Twelfth Night is now, so I guess that's a good thing!
Knowledge is always good, right? right? HUH?
